TOLK, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm specializing in mechanical and electrical design and management located in Fairfax, Virginia. Since its establishment in 1974, the firm has grown steadily over the last 20 years. More than fifty percent of TOLK's staff are graduate engineers, an unusually high ratio, but a level that supports the technical capability needed to maintain a consistently high-quality of documentation.

These projects include new multi-building facilities, retrofit projects, mixed-use, hotel, residential, laboratory, mission critical, corporate headquarters, renovation, and tenant fit-out, as well as energy conservation studies, environmental safety reviews, and due diligence reports addressing operating conditions and construction costs.
